Born in Tbilisi, Georgia. Her singing career began very early, first as a member of vocal-instrumental ensemble "Mziuri", which was very popular in post soviet countries and abroad; later - vocal trio "Natali" and jazz quarter "3+1". During 2002-2004 Nato Metonidze collaborated with the company "Art Imedi" as a solo singer. She is classical stage actress. The most important for her career was the project of Giya Kancheli's music for film and theatre “All has a remembrance to recall” (realized as CD and DVD), which was newly orchestrated by the composer Nikoloz Rachveli, stage director - David Doiashvili. Nato Metonidze is awarded several International Prizes, among them: Moscow International Music Festival "Step to the Parnas" and Vitebsk International Music Festival "Slovenian Bazaar". We can mention her remarkable appearance with the world known trumpet player Chris Botti, which took place at the 2004 Tbilisi Jazz Festival; and with XYLEM Trio (Latvia). In 2015 her second project - INTROspection was implemented with the actors of music and drama theatre and Georgian Philharmonic Orchestra, which was successfully presented in New York and Philadelphia in 2016.
Nato Metonidze has toured in France, Germany, Spain, Greece, UK, USA, etc.
